Dream it.

It all began with a vision. Over the last 10 years, the world has noticed Armenia’s strides in the IT Sector. Nonetheless, the infrastructure to support this exponential growth was lagging. Panorama Group noticed that international players entering the Armenian Market struggled to find office space that met their standards and corporate culture. As such, the idea to build the Panorama IT Campus was born.

A New Reality.

According to Forbes Article: Welcome to the World’s Next Tech Hub: Armenia, “Tech is now the most significant foreign investment in Armenia and many of the world’s most influential technology firms—including Intel, Microsoft, Google, IBM, Synopsys, and Cisco—all have a physical presence there, as the country’s tech sector grew 33% in 2018 to become a $250 million a year industry.

Build it.

The Project is already underway, with the grading of the mountainside nearing completion. The building will be a 5-story steel-framed glass contemporary build, featuring an atrium throughout the entire center of the building, to provide natural light to all spaces. The construction is slated to be completed by Summer 2024, with tenants moving into the space as early as September of that year.
